Rented from them since 2017. No heating in the building is a pain but we actually quite liked it here.
When we came to want to lease further offices in the same building, this is when the nightmare began
Waited 4 months to lease a new office and hundreds of chase up calls and emails (Liverpool office specifically)but we did get there in the end.
This year in February we tried to contact about leasing another office due to growthignored completely for 3 months. Eventually did get through and apparently it was already going to be letthen I get a call a week later to say it is now available, so I want it? Yes I dothen nothing for a further 3 weeksthen I call a further 20 or so times in the week without any answer or response.
They hire a new person who completes the paperwork, who leaves a fortnight later without submitting the paperwork
London office takes over who then do not return any phone calls or send the lease terms at all..
Hand notice in so we can go elsewhere, and they dont even acknowledge receipt of the notice to quit!
Wrote a lengthy email to Landlord back in May - no response received.
In summary, these guys are completely useless and I cannot recommend at all. How they stay in business I dont know.
