We are very pleased with the high standard of care our brother receives at Abbeyrose Court. The staff are very caring, efficient and supportive in ensuring his medical, social and spiritual needs are met. They make very prompt referrals to medical services when needed e.g. the hospital or G.P. There is a consistently high standard of communication with the family and with other agencies such as Whiston hospital, social workers and those providing other medical services. We feel confident in being included in discussions and decisions. Our brother benefits from individual care planning which is responsive to his changing needs so that the right initiatives and correct steps are taken to ensure he receives the care he needs. The overall management of the home is excellent in its administration and communication about finances etc. The environment for our brother is safe, clean and comfortable at all times and, when we visit, the staff are always friendly and responsive. As a family, we are happy that our brother is in such a good nursing home which has consistently high standards.

My mother is currently being looked after in abbeyrose. The care she is being given is exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and very approachable. All mums care and personal needs are being met to the highest of standards and as a family we would recommend this home to friends and family . Thank you to you all at abbeyrose you truly are a credit to your profession.

I have spent the last 5 weeks here at Abbeyrose Court for respite after breaking my ankle. I cannot praise the staff enough for the care and support they have given me. I have seen how dedicated and careing the staff are here and I would like to say a big thank you to all of you.

My husband Dave spent the last couple of months of his life being looked after by Renata and her team at Abbeyrose Court. It's such an emotional time, knowing that the most special person in your life is at their most vulnerable. The love and care shown to him will never be forgotten and also the love and support to us, his family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts x
