Please find a different care home. Care was not great at all. Only a couple of genuine caring staff. Worse decision ever to put our family member here . We have to live with that decision Really obnoxious office girl the brunette one with a bad attitude, many people agreed with me on that . Also lazy manager Louise who was uninterested in anyone or anything. Retraining of some of the team is a must so they can recognise someone in pain not associated with Dementia , screaming of patients who were just left in their rooms when I was there visiting my uncle. Heartbreaking to watch . Thankfully he is in a better place now with his beloved wife .

Our mum was sadly only with Paisley Court for 7 weeks before passing away after being severely neglected in her previous care home. The care and love shown to our mum was wonderful, from her cleanliness, lovely room & attention to detail in keeping her comfortable, warm & free from pain. We are forever grateful to the staff for all they have done for our mum & us as a family, they have restored our faith in the care system.

Our mum moved to Paisley Court seven weeks ago having been seriously neglected in her previous home. The staff and the home is exceptional. Our mum was treated with respect and dignity always. Sadly our mum past away 18th April 2022. For the last seven weeks we have felt for the first time she was safe and being looked after by people who genuinely care. I stayed with my mum while she past away. Sue & Alex made sure my mum was comfortable at the end of her life. As a family we can not thank them enough for everything they have done. They have restored our faith to know there are people who really do care. Thank you all so much

Staff denied mum was in pain and left her in room when she was screaming and crying as they said she disrupted others. They said mums screaming was behavioural. Eventually she was rushed to hospital and diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and gallstones. She was also SEVERELY dehydrated. She died 2 weeks later. There were a few lovely staff members such as Stephen and a few other young girls but the team leaders and manager were so Unempathetic. In fact the manager of the home always seemed to be hiding in her office, it was very rare she was seen on the floor. So upsetting to know mum was in such pain for a long time. It was only the fact the hospital staff (when mum was having a screaming episode as she did in the home) they asked mum to point to where hurts and she rubbed her tummy :-(
