        Dire!!!! No records kept for days, staff don't know what happened before their shift as no records, meant to have mask policy only one member wore one and that wasnt even the nurse, management absolutely useless please don't let your family member or loved one go to this awful place

        If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not send your loved one to this care home, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, find any other care home in the Liverpool area. Very poor, inadequate, it's not safe, they don't care, they have been inadequate since at least 2017. How can Finch Manor improve and actually care, if it's the same senior staff making the same mistakes over and over, how many elderly people have been harmed at this place? This is the Bates Motel of Lotus Care homes, please AVOID.
