DANGEROUS!! Having just heard about the Halewood branch being closed down. I felt the need to review here. Our son attended during term time which was agreed with the management. This must have been misunderstood as we were constantly charged full time attendance. Regardless however, our son came home with multiple black eyes, concussions and visits to the hospital on regular occurrences. There were/are no fit and proper policies in place. We complained many times and were given a we dont care sort of attitude. The manager, would never speak to us; leading us to then call the Fazakerley site where we were left at a dead end too. The fact that the excuse given for the final closure of Halewood was that they had a staffing crisis is so far from the truth I cant believe it was allowed. All parents know its due to how unsafe the place was. It wasnt just my child who was regularly injured. Yet, as like any policy in place barely any accident reporting took place. The site had staff. Plenty of staff at all times. It was extremely clear when we dropped off and collected our child. Only 2 of sed staff were brilliant. Samantha and Susan. However I feel these two were let down by others. It was untrained kids looking after kids and toddlers. No training. Just an unwarranted attitude. We were lucky we pulled out son out when we did. We now have full term time care. We are charged correctly and most importantly, our son is safe and well. He has developed so much since leaving here. I feel it for the parents who didnt have anywhere else to go I really do but I can only review our experience. Inattentive, let a childs leg get broken, sent debt collectors for money when the child had not been in nursery for weeks due to being bed bound, would not give full cctv of incident only a short clip. Prior to this the same child got a fractured skull whilst in their care.
