Got my nails done just over a week ago and nail snapped right off didn't even knock it. I went back and explained. They had the audacity to charge me to fix when should of stayed on for at least 4weeks. Please don't waste your money here. They just rush your nails to get customers done. Plus the nail they fixed is wrong!!! Not the right size!!!

However they are very rough, sometimes do not soak off the nails just use the drill, and when they file the nails they leave them very thin and brittle
