Mark was recommended to us by close friends who were first time buyers last year. As first time buyers ourselves, we really had little to no idea of where to begin with the whole process. After filling out the online enquiry on Marks website he contacted us the following day. From there we set up an initial phone call to determine what we were looking for and he went away to see what our options were. He secured us a mortgage offer within around a week which enabled us to start viewing. We then found a property almost straight away but werent exactly sure what to do! It was late on a Friday evening and I messaged Mark asking for help and he responded instantly! We had our offer accepted over the weekend and that is due to the quick help he provided. He made the whole process so much easier and smoother than we expected it to be. We both work irregular shift patterns and he happily worked around our schedules when it came to making calls. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough, not only for how easy he made the whole process but also how reachable he was when we had any questions. Thank you again Mark for all your help and expertise.
