Mark French is a legend! The service he provided our family was above and beyond the job description!! When the worst thing happend Mark acted like a super hero offering support and advice on Chrismas week! Our purchase fell threw 2 days before completing and Mark was the shinning light that got us threw Christmas week and we swiftly found another property to purchase and it could not have been any smoother thanks to Mark. Throughout our whole selling/buying process, Steven at J&M was by far the best person that we dealt with. He was attentive, helpful, gave good advice, and just made the whole mortgage and insurance process run smoothly. We simply expected help with finding the right mortgage, but received far more than that.

We cant thank Steve enough for everything hes done for us with buying our first house. We didnt know much about the process before meeting with Steve, and after just our first meeting we understood everything much more. Steves knowledge and advice was so helpful and hes really approachable and easy to talk to. Steve would check in with us regularly, even after hed secured our mortgage offer for us and was always on hand to answer any questions we had as we went through the process.
