Best mortgage advisors ever! After our previous bank had deemed our house unmortgageable due to the work needed I was recommended Melius. Joe and James worked tirelessly finding the right bank that would accept our house, working late to make sure our application was in before the interest hikes and answering our millions of questions. We also got our life insurance and income protection which was explained so well and made really easy. Lovely guys and will be back again.

Sam at Melius Finance went above and beyond what I expected. He arranged an expat mortgage for me with such ease. He always replied to any correspondence immediately. He was both personable and professional. I would totally recommend this company. For expats the rates are far cheaper than any quotes I received and I know friends who have gone through them for UK mortgages, who have had the same 5 star service. Thank you Sam at Melissa Finance. The best! With my husband and I both being self employed and first time buyers we thought it was going to be a nightmare to get a mortgage. We were introduced to Joe and James at melius finance and they got us the best rate, the process was smooth and stress free, they are so friendly and on the ball. I couldnt recommend them enough!
