My Mum (Doreen) received her new chair and stool today. She is very happy (check the 'pic!). We'd both like to say a big thank you to Karen who assisted us in the shop and to (I didn't get his name unfortunately!) the gentleman who delivered it. Excellent service and quality. Thanks!

Excellent service from Gary, installed disabled friendly bathroom within 10 days for a disabled relative, Dale and Alan who did the installation were very polite and courteous nothing was too much effort, checked everything with my relative, from height of seat in the shower to positioning of handles and ease of access for use, would highly recommend for speed, excellent workmanship, friendly manner, politeness and price. Thank you Gary, you make a great team.

Visited today after viewing other businesses. Thankfully I located A Mobility Shop NW Limited. On arrival nice lady welcomed us and Karen who works there we asked for. Karen's knowledge of their scooters was fantastic. This lady was very helpful, accommodating and understood what we are looking for. Dad had heart bypass and cancer and struggling. Karen went out of her way to put me at ease and find a Mobility scooter that met my needs. I can honestly say, WHY choose anyone else or another company. Place your trust within Karen and the team here and I'm confident they will care for you, your loved ones or friends who have mobility issues. Excellent experience and looking forward for this company to help us provide a service to my dad. Thank you Karen, your kindness and help meant a lot
