Spent 2 years in a property managed by Liverpool Alive and never had an issue. Professional, quick at responding to queries. Recently I have dealt with Christie quite a bit and he's been lovely, professional and accomodating. Need to mention Lindsey too as she's been a start in previous times. Thank you all

From a tenant's perspective: Liverpool Alive have been hands down the best agency I've had the privilege of being a client of. They've responded quickly to queries throughout my tenancy, dealt with problems on the same day almost 100% of the time, they've been accomodating, gone way beyond what they need to right up to me leaving the property; Even to the point where Jill was actually helping me with my deposit return at 9pm on a Friday night just because she knew how important it was for me to get it sorted asap, nothing has been too much of an ask for these guys. Am hoping to rent with them again in the near future as they've really set a bar for me of how a letting agency should be. Couldn't recommend enough

I have a beautiful experience for about two years I spent with this wonderful office in terms of classy dealing and assistance in all thing. So, I highly recommend dealing with them because they are really good especially Chrestie and Rachel
