Ultralase Liverpool

Where do I begin?.. I cannot thank the staff at Ultralase Liverpool enough for the confidence they gave me to proceed with laser eye surgery. From my first consultation through to surgery and aftercare appointments, everything was thoroughly explained and I was really looked after. Dr Jan Grzeszkowiak was amazing. He made me feel so at ease and he was reassuring through our video chat before surgery and on the day of the procedure. After surgery I was amazed how much my vision had changed. The staff explained all my after care and arranged an appointment for the following day. When I retuned the next day, my eyes were checked over and I had an eye test. To be told I have 20-20 vision was unbelievable. I am still using my eye drops as it has only been 4 days since surgery and my sight is fantastic. I really am so appreciative of they way I was looked after by all of the staff. I wish I had done this years ago

Absolutely % brilliant. Nothing is to much bother, and there is no pressure to go through the procedure if your unsure. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Awful awful .. this place has ruined my life .. at the consultation the man told me only to get one eye done as I wouldnt be anole to read .. the surgeon told me on the day he was doing 2 eyes .. now I need constant glasses .. I cant read .. my depression is at a all time low after borrowing money for my eyes to be 80% worse ..

After years and years of wanting laser eye surgery and putting it off because I was so scared of the actual procedure I bit the bullet and booked a consultation online Arriving at the clinic it was spotlessly clean. Looked a professional clinic unlike others I had seen, Ian and the rest of the staff were superb from the start, reassuring me about my concerns about the procedure Dr Jan performed the surgery and can say I was delighted with him from the zoom meeting a few days before the op, again he put my mind at ease, on the day he was calming, reassuring and very professional, I could see the improvement in my vision instantly, 3 hours after surgery all my side effects had gone and I could see perfectly! On my follow up appt the next day I was delighted to learn my vision was now 20/20 less than 24 hours after surgery!!! The price of the treatment was very reasonable too I cant recommend these guys enough, from first appointment, the procedure and after care appointments they have been 5 star!
