The shop is big, well laid out, an excellent range of beds. Most of all the staff are some of the best staff I have meet. Knowledgeable, friendly really helped my son choose the right bed for him. Even making sure that the delivery instructions were correct sometimes living in a 2nd floor flat with no lift can be problematic

Kelly was an absolute super star! I took my elderly parents in for a new bed as they were nervous to go alone in case they got pounced on or given a 'hard sell' (which we had already experienced that day in Bensons so I was apprehensive myself coming in.).Kelly made all those worries dissolve with her beaming smile and warm.'no pressure' attitude. We tried the sleep match machine and had a lovely cup of tea. Kelly explained about the need for a more supportive pillow with my parents being side sleepers. It was like having our own personal physiotherapist! She made quite technical aspects extremely easy for my parents to understand, and they ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress with the Bed Care protection in case they have any spills. I was so impressed with the service that I went back the next day with my wife and bought a Tempur mattress for ourselves. If you go to Edge Lane then you have to ask for Kelly. She made shopping a joy after being a little nervous to begin with. 6 stars!
