I had a very pleasant experience whilst purchasing my first house. My conveyancer, Caroline, kept me abreast of everything and by comparison to the experiences my friends have had with their conveyancers in various other places, she was quite thorough. Would highly recommend. Would have been 5 stars if it took less time. But I suppose that to be part of the trade-off between good service and quick service.

After getting great service when I used GAD 6 years ago to buy my property, I had no hesitation in choosing them again when I came to sell the property recently. Michele and Joanne at the Penny Lane office did the conveyancing for me and they provided an outstanding service. The sale proved to be problematic and lengthy because of slow responses and a lack of communication from the buyers conveyancers. Michele and Joanne had a very tough job dealing with them. But throughout the process they remained professional, courteous and patient. They went above and beyond what we could have expected of them. I was particularly pleased that Michele and Joanne always returned my calls on the same day. I highly recommend GAD and cant thank them enough.

Cannot fault Lucy and Carolines service they have been really proactive and alway super responsive during the whole process and made the purchase extremely efficient.

Excellent service, professional, proactive, efficient, and kind. Michele took the time to clarify anything we were unsure about, while being clear about what was needed when to ensure a smooth process throughout. Highly recommended.
