        Great experience at Belle Vale. From start to finish I was really looked after by all the staff to a high standard. My prescription had changed slightly so that I required new lenses and frames. I am very pleased with my new glasses and the service I received.

        Been going to specsavers for years this time the service and quality has gone downhill. You have to trust professionals and i was recommended vari focals no proper information or consultation no needs analysis carried lack of information this was the first time for varifocals. Glasses were made up first impressions not good you think have to get used to these new glassses. Had to go back and returned to normal glasses like in the past. Still not happy with the glasses so went back again and was just fobbed off staff not really interested glasses have been paid for so why should they still not happy with the glasses just have to go somewhere else in future

        Forgive me for not knowing the staff members names. First of all the service is fantastic all really friendly staff who made me feel welcome! The girl who did the first set of pictures was really nice and made me feel at ease. Thomas the optician is a legend, really friendly and took his time to explain everything, chatty and knowledgeable!! And then the Irish member of staff did the light test and was so pleasant and really helpful and didnt rush me to choose my lenses. Which due to the choice, I was lost but he took time with me to tell me which lenses looked good and which didnt so the honesty was appreciated! Its such a welcoming atmosphere and my appointment wasnt rushed. Cant praise this team enough!
