        I had bought a turntable, amplifier and speakers (I got a great deal due to their VIP service). I was struggling to set it up, so had to take the amplifier and speakers into the shop. The staff went out of their way to help and got to the bottom of the problem and made sure I could set it up once I got home. This was not an expensive system but I was still treated very well. I can't recommend this shop enough.
