(this review isn't important just a thank you to old and new staff) This review is from an experience from when the store first opened, very friendly and kind staff, even now they're great. so back in 2013 when I was a kid (I'm 20 now) me and my dad went into the store while my sister and mother went to go clothes shopping and it was a truly magical experience seeing an actual lego store for the first time, unfortunately we couldn't afford alot because at the time we were borderline poor, I really wanted the star wars sets but unfortunately we could only afford the make them yourself 3 lego minifigure packs, You could only put one accessory in the packs at the time but I didn't know this, Me and my dad got to the counter and one of the staff mentioned you're only allowed 1 accessory for the lego character and I didn't cry I just kinda looked down and said "oh sorry" feeling a bit guilty and in trouble And as I started to walk back to place the extra accessories back in the pile of accessories this nice lady staff member said I didn't need to and let me off with having more than what was allowed, That moment stuck with me and I don't know why, it's probably because of the random act of kindness that allowed me to get hours of entertainment from just some random pieces of plastic, and that was connected to this store and considering the financial situation my family was facing, it was nice to have somebody random show kindness in a way they weren't supposed to, obviously there's customer service but then there's letting a kid have a bit more plastic than he's allowed to sort of kindness, so if there's any staff out there that are like this and stumbled on my review, thank you for everything you do to make kids happier with little moments like that, because little things like that stick with us when we grow up. So thank you old and new staff.

This review is from an experience from when the store first opened, very friendly and kind staff, even now they're great.
so back in 2013 when I was a kid (I'm 20 now) me and my dad went into the store while my sister and mother went to go clothes shopping and it was a truly magical experience seeing an actual lego store for the first time,
unfortunately we couldn't afford alot because at the time we were borderline poor, I really wanted the star wars sets but unfortunately we could only afford the make them yourself 3 lego minifigure packs,
You could only put one accessory in the packs at the time but I didn't know this,
Me and my dad got to the counter and one of the staff mentioned you're only allowed 1 accessory for the lego character and I didn't cry I just kinda looked down and said "oh sorry" feeling a bit guilty and in trouble
And as I started to walk back to place the extra accessories back in the pile of accessories this nice lady staff member said I didn't need to and let me off with having more than what was allowed,
That moment stuck with me and I don't know why, it's probably because of the random act of kindness that allowed me to get hours of entertainment from just some random pieces of plastic, and that was connected to this store and considering the financial situation my family was facing, it was nice to have somebody random show kindness in a way they weren't supposed to, obviously there's customer service but then there's letting a kid have a bit more plastic than he's allowed to sort of kindness,
so if there's any staff out there that are like this and stumbled on my review, thank you for everything you do to make kids happier with little moments like that, because little things like that stick with us when we grow up.
So thank you old and new staff.
