        Cant fault the level of service at all! Chernine was friendly from the get go and helped me massively with picking the ideal engagement ring. She made the whole process easier and gave me lots of advice on the different types of rings. Would 100% recommend!

        Have been a customer of Rox for a few years now and have never been disappointed! Cherninethe soul and life of Rox! Chernine who has been my main contact for the jewellers is a credit to the company and has been so much help ever since she joined! Shes a breath of fresh air and has always gone way out of her way to help myself and my family! I seriously could not recommend enough! Sue, also, has always been tremendous and helpful whenever I've popped into store. Again, Sue is a credit to the company and could not recommend enough!
