        Having worn a very high prescription for many years, l was very impressed by the knowledge the lady had, which is lacking in so many places l've been to in the past. Would highly recommend.

        My first time shopping for glasses and its something I was very anxious about and felt like I needed some guidance with. Upon asking to look at a pair of frames the staff member made me feel very uncomfortable by saying "Are you actually going to buy them or just go and order them elsewhere online? because i don't have time for that". I was so shocked and found it very rude so left immediately. I ended up getting a lovely pair from Ace & Tate where the staff were amazing.
