        Awful rip off company please avoid. I have been a customer for over 30 years Went today with my school age daughter who had a contact lense issue. We had been to Boots and Asda who were busy and ended up next door at Battys. They spent a couple of minutes checking she was ok and charged 45. Absolutely disgusting We will never use this company again Ever. Please avoid this company Thanks

        I have been served twice by Sophie and she has been absolutely amazing. I came in looking for prescription sunglasses and she helped decide what frame suited me best and would fit my prescription best she also made sure that my glasses arrived on time for my holiday and made the whole experience so personal, easy and enjoyable. Cant thank or praise her enough
