3 Plates is enough for most people.
The chilli and garlic ribs and the duck breast and bak choi are my personal favourites.
If the North John site is busy there is also another Tiger Rock on Smithdown Road (by Penny Lane) and another opening on Renshaw Street (will be open for Eurovision in May).
