We have worked on several blocks providing drone roof surveys for Andrew Louis, a forward-thinking company who have been great to work with. Connor has been our point of contact who has been flexible, understanding and very responsive, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We are excited to continue working with the company, which has the leaseholders/tenants at the forefront.

I own a property in a block managed by Andrew Louis. They are always quick to answer any emails and resolve any issues that I have. Connor is super responsive and always checks back to make sure things are resolved in the best way possible.

Andrew Louis manage our estate of 66 flats, over 8 blocks and have done now for nearly 3 years. We find their service spot on, the Block Management team, all efficient and effective should any issue arise, as is the accounts department, as we try where possible to use local small contractors for work on the estate it's important they don't have to wait for payment, and to date, they don't.
