    Q: Why did I join the programme? A: I was over weight and unhappy in myself. Q: Have I benefited from the programme? A: Yes, I started at 100kg and my finishing weekly average weight after 12 weeks is 89kg. I am extremely happy of the results. It's been hard work but the results show. I like Adam's approach. He believes in the science and gives you the tools to succeed. It's entirely up to you. My girlfriend joined me in the 3 phase diet programme and has also had considerable results. I recommend this programme to anyone motivated enough to loose weight.

    I joined heathy bodies around 10 months ago with my wife as we wanted to get fitter, but didnt like the idea of just joining a gym and being left to our own devices, as we both know from past experience in the long term this would be money wasted as we would loose the impetus rather quickly. What we have enjoyed is the personal instruction given by Gary who really is a Mr Motivator, but the exercises given are person centred and have certainly improved both our fitness levels immensely. The classes are great with a fantastic range of times and a wide range of equipment. The routines are changed regularly and keep you interested, but whats great is the groups of people are small and friendly, despite the exertion theres lots of good humour and its a joy not a chore to attend 3 sessions a week, I cannot recommend healthy bodies highly enough, if you want to get fitter and have advice around dietary intake thrown in for good measure in a relaxed environment then this is definitely worth joining.

    I joined Healthy bodies in Haydock last June to lose weight and get fit due to putting weight on during lockdown, and feeling slugish and not happy with how my clothes fit. 11 month on i have lost 22lb Feel much better in myself Health and fitness I absolutely love this place Very friendly, gary is great With everyone. I have back problems and had recent hand surgery he as helped me to ajust my training Love the classes always changing the routine doing different exercise so it never gets boring Highly recomend this lovely welcoming gym.

    I joined the gym in January this year and have amazed by my results just working out for a small amount of time, 3 times a week. Gary is supportive and encouraging and the other members are great. Never thought I'd be one of those people that actually enjoyed going to the gym!!

    I joined almost 12 months ago, after years of trying to lose weight and losing and gaining the same 2stone watching my husband who joined a month before me lose 1 stone in that month was inspiring, in less that 12 months Ive lost over 4stone Im close to my set goal of 5stones, my husband has also had similar results, I have a medical condition that effects my joints and healthy bodies helped establish a routine suitable for my needs, our PTS also helped us with our eating habits and coached us not only in exercise but in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
