I would give a ten * if I could, we have dealt with IT Support North West for twelve years now, no matter what problems we have had with our equipment or software we are always dealt with in a positive, professional, speedy and friendly manner. No problem or question is too small, and we are never made to feel daft for asking questions that sometimes have a straight forward answer, (When the Computer says Nooooo!) When we migrated to Office 365 a little over twelve months ago now It was seamless from setting up our meeting to discuss matters, costs, right through to the installation. Far too many companies these days just want your cash and dont have any pride in the services they provide. IT Support North West have pride in bucket loads! Excellent service. (Why go anywhere else!)

ICU have been looking after our IT infrastructure here at Stanton Marine for many years now. We have always found Tony and his team to be very knowledgeable and helpful in sometimes very urgent/difficult situations. The team at ICU also helped to implement a new system for us, which in turn reduced our downtime to virtually zero and saved us a lot of money in the process. We would highly recommend ICU to anyone looking to leave their IT in safe hands.

Fantastic service and support.. professional throughout. I have used ICU with previous companies and brought them on board with me at my current employer, we are more than happy with their pricing structure and level of service.... you will not find a more professional, ethical and economical IT support provider.
