Lynn, Julie and Kath were great in helping to sell a property I had inherited. I won't lie, I found the experience extremely stressful, but due to personal reasons, this seemed exasperated ten fold, however, with each wobble - the girls in the office managed to ease my concerns. The property was sold in 5 months, during an awkward time for the market, and I think I recieved a fair price for the property.

I bought my house with Belvoir Haydock. My first house viewing was a completely unsuitable home and when I gave feedback to the Agent she asked me what exactly I was looking for, then said she knew of a property they had which matched my needs and took me straight to it. It was exactly what I was looking for and I couldnt have been happier when the keys were handed over. Would definitely recommend popping into their office and tell them exactly what you need as their service is knowledgeable, genuine and friendly.
