        I have been doing the weekend HIIT classes with Bern and Sarah all summer. A serious lockdown summer lifesaver! Every Saturday morning I bounce out of bed and run down to meet my tribe and get my sweat on to awesome tunes under the canopy of trees and Berns expert tuition. Totally smashing my fitness goals with this crew but its more than just a class; its a lifestyle, a riot, a philosophy but, more importantly in the current climate, a form of true connection Without fail, my sense of well being sky rockets after each session!         Absolutely love this Class Bern and Sarah put on. Would never go back to the gym after 10 weeks of these classes. These classes are fun and changeable which makes the hour fly over !! Can not recommend enough
