I am yet to be blessed with visiting this new clinic, however Barry has been my pyscotherapist in the past and was outstanding in his ecclectic approaches, compassion, integrity and understanding. He also inspired me to study in the same field. The world would be a far better place if all therapists had his level of care and emotional intelligence.

I went to Barry when I was in a very low place. What a kind, patient and soothing person he is. He helped me to understand why I felt the way I did and the process helped me to make changes in my life. He is empathetic, supportive and honest. I wouldnt hesitate to see him again if I needed to ( and I may well need to!) knowing that this service is there is brilliant. I would highly recommend Barry.

I am a couple of sessions into my time working with Barry and I am really looking forward to future sessions. Barry is a really calming influence who is guiding me through my issues with support, understanding and a deep knowledge of human behaviour. If you are thinking of seeking help /support I highly recommend Barry This is an update after my sessions with Barry. I can't thank him enough for his help. I am leaving therapy with Barry a more rounded individual with a much better understand of myself and what it is to be happy within myself. Barry is a great listener and has a great take on life through a lifetime of experience. He really has helped me and ultimately my family.

I cannot speak highly enough of Barry. For 30 years I have continued around a vicious circle of highs and lows with my mental health. I just wished I had seen him sooner. The best description I can give of where I am, is akin to being a passenger in a car. The car often went on long journeys, no rest breaks, driven too hard, too fast and with little thought for its long term condition. Quite often this car either ran out of fuel, broke down or crashed. However, this was never my fault, it was the driver (my condition) that caused it and as the passenger I had little control. For the last 30 years, I have received help to fix the car and have eventually been thrown back in the passenger seat and sent on my way, only for the same things to eventually repeat over and over again. By session two, Barry had given me control. It was as if he had handed me the keys to the car and was teaching me how to drive again. That way I had total control of the car and more importantly - NO ONE ELSE TO BLAME, not my condition, not other people, I was responsible. He worked me out in session one and spent the next five sessions teaching ME to drive more responsibly and giving ME the tools to fix and repair the car before any big breakdown or crash. Barry has done more for me in 6 sessions than anyone ever before, I even went onto present 5 school assemblies on Anxiety to our students as his impact on me was so profound. I have undone some of the silly and stupid 'OCD like' habits I had and feel much happier as a person, as a partner, as a Dad and as a teacher and am far more productive as a result. I have waited a while before writing this review, for no other reason as to assess if the change in my mindset would fade. Two months isn't long, but I can still hear Barry's words of wisdom ringing in my ears, I can still hear the analogies we talked about (I think I invented one or two new ones for him). Barry has saved my life, helped me get it back together and given me the tools to keep myself in check in the future. I could not recommend him enough - 5 stars is not enough.
