        I accessed CBT sessions through work. Initially I wasn't sure this would be of any help to my situation. However, I can definitely confirm that it was needed. The therapist was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They were flexible with booking sessions due to shift work. I would definitely recommend.
