Following a recent visit to the L1 Goldsmith store, I had previously spoken with Spyri She is outstanding in her expert knowledge of the product I was purchasing and her engagement in giving me regular updates was outstanding. Nothing was too much for Spyri, she did her upmost best to make my purchase a perfect experience for both product and satisfaction. I found her to be professional, her customer service is outstanding and the best I have received. She is consistent and precise with her engagement, has a warm and happy disposition and genuinely cares about her clients. I still receive follow up calls from her to check that I am happy with my purchase. I found her to be exemplary to other members within that store, in terms of how she conducts herself and the attention she gives to her customers. I do not believe I would have purchased the item, if it had not been for her level of customer service, care and outstanding expert product knowledge she is an asset to the organisation and store! The staff, particularly Jessica, were friendly, knowledgeable and gave great attention to detail. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of buying a high end watch.

I recently purchased a watch from here and the salesperson Ian was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable and helpful throughout. I had to wait for my watch to come into store and as soon as it did I got a call to come in and collect. Great buying experience all round.
