        I found the service I received at Bio-Mech from Mark and the team to be excellent. My treatment lasted for about 3 months and Bio-Mech not only led and helped with my recovery but also in guiding me on how to prevent further injury. I would highly recommend Bio-Mech to anyone who is in need of physio care.

        Clean, easy to access professional physio clinic. In particular one of the physio therapists Mark, is an approachable friendly fella who makes you feel at ease and knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to redesigning your back !

        (Update Aug22) I went back to Dave as was having issues with my Achilles. Dave is a magician. Pain free within a few days! I had my first ever sports massage today with the excellent Dave. He sought to make me feel comfortable and relaxed and then set to work on my tight calves, striking a balance between pain and effectiveness. I will be coming back. I have soft calf muscles for the first time in a year!
