Started well.. I forgot my jacket and the driver agreed to drive back and get it.. major brownie points for tips at the start..... however What an overpriced garden shed of a minibus this was. booked for trip to Chester races from St. Helens the driver wouldnt use the toll even though we agreed to pay for it which doubled the journey time and meaning we missed the first race... The over priced bus at 15 quid per person looked and sounded like it had been dug up with Tutankhamun. And every time it stopped at lights it started again with sheer will power... for the 180 quid paid we could of bought a similar bus from the skip and drove it ourselves. No air con left everyone wetter than an otters pocket in the sauna like conditions ... simply not acceptable. On the way back the driver stopped for a comfort break even though we told him no one needed one got lost in the services and had to drive round twice before stopping for his own wee (if ya gotta go ya gotta go... but go before you pick us up not twenty minutes into a what should be 50 minute journey that you new would take 1hr 45 because you were going the long way) Driver advised us to fill our boots with mcdonalds while he went the toilet but then told every one after we bought it we couldnt get on the bus with it... while denying he never told us to get food. Sorry we must of imagined it. There is much better mini bus hire in St. Helens shout around people..... Two stars for getting my jacket... 1 star for the hire

Booked a trip from St Helens to Liverpool on A Saturday night for Dad's 70th. Jim was friendly and quick with replies. Brian did the run and everything went smoothly for picking up and dropping off on time. Great to deal with someone very reliable.
