I had the worst experience when I wanted to cancel the order of the mini I had ordered from this branch. The staff were OK while looking for the car and test driving. A week after I have I ordered the car , given that I was not 100% sure about my choice ( plus the fact that the car would have been ready in June'23 and the order was placed end of Jan'23 ) I called the dealer who was meant to look after us and advised him that I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted my deposit back ( 500 ) I was told that the dealer would let his manager know re this cancellation and that I would get the deposit back in 3 working days. Given that I had not received the money after a whole week ( I thought to give them the benefit of the doubt ) , I called them back to find out that the manager was not informed of my cancellation and the process of cancelling my order had not even started yet. I felt that someone was lying to me. Or the dealer who told me that the he would cancel my order or the manager who told me he was not informed about this. Anyway, during that second call, I was told I needed to wait another 3 working days. To cut the story short , eventually I had to go to the branch , as I could no longer trust them. I made sure that the order was cancelled and after almost three weeks of the day I asked for this I finally got back my deposit. I can appreciate that the staff might have not liked the fact that I wanted to cancel my order , but we are within our rights to cancel an order if we are not convinced or changed our mind. My plan was to think about the mini a little longer and then go back to potentially buy one , but there is no way now I am going back . These people are lying and cannot be trusted.

My husband and I visited yesterday to look for a new car. We had seen one we liked the look of online and wanted to see in person to see if it would be suitable. We were given some time before someone came out to ask if we needed any help and from the get go everything was just perfect, we didn't feel pressured, we were able to set out price limit and explain exactly what we were after. Staff were all super friendly and accomodating. This is our first experience in shopping for a car that wasn't bought privately so was a little daunting at first but the staff we spoke to were not what I expected. They were friendly, down to earth and the service was really good and relaxed. Needless to say, we dropped out deposit and we're waiting patiently for our new car to be ready to collection and I am so very excited. Thank you for all your help guys!
