        Absolutely shocking service. Partner self referral from her GP. Told a 6-month wait, initial assessment within 60-days. Then nothing, followed back up after 10 months and told they have lost all her details and she would have to wait another 12-months.

        Had connectivity issues on first call, almost completed call, we were at safety planning. The clinician never call back, I Attempted to call back, the number rang out. No other way to contact and have been discharged. Good luck to anyone who actually want help, if you give them ANY reason to discharge they will

        Just awful!!! Counsellor couldnt remember anything I told them, kept forgetting to send me things. Was on the phone which is inadequate! Waste of time no one is getting better!!! 32 weeks wait in total!
