I had my free consultation with Ashley last week and then my treatments today. Ashley is very professional and very friendly. I've been considering lip filler for many years but didn't want to rush things, after I found this clinic and did my research on Ashley, I was impressed and excited to go forward with the filler, Ashley knew I was nervous and made me feel at ease and made sure I was very comfortable. I am over the mood with the results! I could cry with happiness! Ashley is a very talented nurse and I can't thank her enough! X The receptionist was also very professional, friendly, welcoming and warm. My whole experience was very positive, I couldn't be more happy. Edit: I recently got a b12 injection and vitamin C by Laura. She was (unsurprisingly) lovely! She comes across incredibly intelligent and that fills me with confidence, such a friendly nurse with a positive attitude, Laura also helped my sister with her many questions (she joined me at my appointment) I'm so happy with this clinic as a whole, wish there was more than 5 stars!!! Unprofessional & in my experience owner was dishonest to myself & others & made me very uncomfortable due to inappropriate questions that disregard basic professionalism & my wellbeing. Would NOT recommend. Claiming that i have never been in your practice is also very dishonest but i guess that again just shows you can't be professional They do not want honest reviews if that is your experience was bad then do not bother as they will claim you have never stepped foot in the place :)
