I have been taking my niece for a year , week by week her confidence has grown due to the excellent training by Keith & Sue and the friendly atmosphere the club provides, it is also very cost effective compared to other clubs in Liverpool great job well done guys

This is an update to my review from last year. Keith, the head instructor, continues to create classes that teach practical, effective skills while being very enjoyable to take part in. Lately Keith has upgraded some of the syllabus in order to keep it as up-to-date as possible. These upgrades are always easy to grasp and expand on our abilities and understanding of the system as a whole. The classes are very reasonably priced and I haven't seen anywhere else that offers such good value. Keith and his other instructors, Sue and Cameron, are all excellent and never fail to be supportive and encouraging. They make sure that everyone in the class benefits regardless of their age or level of fitness. Keith works very hard to ensure that all his students learn the best possible self-defence techniques in a way that's fun and effective. Brilliant instructors and the best classes you could find. I have no hesitation in recommending this class.
