Recently joined after a few years away from martial arts. Ant offers very enjoyable training sessions in a friendly atmosphere, learning new skills and getting fit. Can't wait until lockdown (2) is over so I can get back to it

Whether youre looking for self defence or getting fit, this does both. No background in martial arts needed so great for beginners or someone looking to try something new. Great club, instructor and group of people help you learn, develop and progress.

Absolutely brilliant class. Ant is a fantastic teacher. Very patient, and willing to work around any issues with ability or injuries. The syllabus/techniques are very effective and made easy to learn and understand. The class has no big ego's and is more like a friendly family atmosphere. A class doesn't go by where we don't laugh. Very highly recommended.

been doing krav for a couple of years now and the stuff I have learnt is awesome its real life stuff, the instructor and quality of classes are of high standard and would recommend for self defence and especially streetwise as the place to go.
