Do not use! Having recently bought a mailing list supposedly focussed on Birmingham landlords.. with data reportedly secured from Property exhibitions & seminars..We have now received over 250 returns to date from the Post Office citing that the addressee has moved away or is deceased! The data is clearly very out of date, or from the calls we have received plainly incorrect! Neil Dubber doesnt return calls or acknowledge that he sells hopeless incorrect data. This has been a very expensive mistake for us, as a City Centre estate agency. Do not use!!

This company runs from a virtual office and claims to have a office at the business centre. I have spoken to the manager at the business centre and made him aware of this. Do not give any monies to this company its a total RIP OFF!! They gave me incorrect out of date data and never refunded my money. One of the directors swore over the phone that shows their customer service. I have been to the courts and got a court order. Now its a matter of finding the company .Wish me luck ....

Paid for data 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it, left several messages, emails and phone calls with no response. No doubt I will receive the data as have dealt with them before but on this occasion it has been painful. Lets hope the quality of the data is better than the service thus far!

Scam artists, misleading companies into buying fake third party marketing details. Numbers do not work and email addresses bounce back. Don't use!!!!
