Couldn't describe my time at visual connect as anything other than positive! Firstly the position has taught me more about life skills and self development, both in and out of work than any previous roles at other firms. As well as this the experience gained is completely transferable to all walks of life. Personally, I feel the opportunity offered to those lucky enough to secure a place working with the visual connect team is one of the best ways for a young person to kickstart their career. Never before have I worked with a team so goal focused, as well as striving to do everything they can to help you hit yours both personally and professionally. Whether this is the right business for you or not, in the short time I worked with visual connect my entire mindset has changed for the better. That being said it is not an easy position to hold, it'll teach you a lot about work ethic and push your comfort zone, but the opportunity available and the chance to work with such positive and motivated individuals is more than worth it!
