        We used Insurge for an email campaign, opting for them as they seemed a step up from our existing partner. The pitch was good from Insurge, very thorough and higher cost than we were willing to agree to. As a young, small company we stretched our budget as the campaign promised return. Once we paid for the service it changed. The campaign did not deliver a fraction of the proposed results and when questioned Insurge just felt the need to get defensive and blame all apart from the campaign. Yes, we work in a market that is congested and does not carry the best name currently, but we kept our other campaign with another partner running (thank god) and it is still delivering results. Better the devil you know.
