        Have a Safewell safe which suddenly stopped working. With a five minute phone call to Phoenix the engineer talked me through how to fix it, and so retrieve all our cash and jewellery. Wonderful service - thanks Phoenix.

        Really pleased with our Phoenix key safe, so much that we have just bought another one for new premises. We got the KS0033 large key safe with a double bitted key, it's super quality, we had it installed by a local tradesman, it's extremely solid and unbelievably heavy. We had extra keys cut - Phoenix advised that it is better to order these at the same time as the safe, the additional keys were expensive but overall I feel it is a really good quality product and it's definitely value for money.
