Spoke to the same woman in the criminal department twice, she continually overvalued me in a condescending manner and blamed me for the data protection breech, she then hung up on me twice,
This woman had a stinking attitude and had no people skills whatsoever, when I phoned back I was given the runaround again after asking to speak to a manager.
I have phone recordings of this woman and her attitude, and the data protection breech by this firm isn't addressed.
