Avoid these solicitors like the plague with regards to debt litigation, they direct you to a video of a guy who has cleared his debt through these guys service, if my experience is anything to go by that video is a complete sham, they sent notifications to my creditors, didnt manage to write any debt off etc and was paying 200 a month, that could have settled one or two debts off. They didnt resolve any cases, kept having responses back saying creditors werent responding although when I spoke to the creditor they advise me they had acknowledged the section 57 however the updates just seem to be copy and paste jobs, in one of the emails I have proof of this where they doubled up on the same creditor by pasting from the previous update. Explore other debt solutions and honestly if you can afford 200 a month to pay for these guys I suggest saving that money and clear a debt or two off to free up the income you were paying on those onto another debt and so on, process of elimination, you could explore reviews on other debt litigation services but would highly suggest going elsewhere, I wasted 2400 on these guys. Also once your 12 month period is up they close the case and dont carry on past this point until you im guessing sign into a new agreement or renewal agreement!
