Don't bother, still have a claim goin through after 16-17 months and it should've only taken 8-9!! Worse than useless and still want to take their fees. Passed pillar to post, messed up one claim left me dealing with injuries, no help whatsoever!! Massively regret going anywhere near these ambulance chasin blood sucking leeches!! Now considering going to the law society with an official formal complaint!!

Terrible customer service! After spending over 4 hours on the phone to discuss my accident the person taking details obviously wasn't listening and got 80% of the information wrong! After repeatedly telling them to call me after 6:15pm they call me everyday religiously at 10:10am when I am in work. When I answer a call between meetings I am told they will only keep me 2 minutes 7 minutes later I am still on hold?? And today I receive a letter telling me they have closed my claim due to not being able to speak to me even though I spoke to someone yesterday? More interested in quantity rather than quality! Looks like I will be finding a local family business to help me!
