Phone them up a few years ago. And they replied I need a diagnosis before they can help now I've got a diagnosis they have stated the hospital is helping me now ?

Claim to be experts in financial advisor negligence. Send loads of info, get message to contact law society (who are not allowed to recommend anybody but give you 3 names of solicitors in a specified area) or citizens advise bureau who may be able to suggest a suitable solicitor who can help with that kind of work. Unbelievable! I believe they like straight forward cases that a paralegal can deal with, and they get the rewards. Shame had to give one star. As my case fits the following from their website. As it says, no matter what your situation...just not mine! "We can take on your financial advisor negligence case if you suffer actual financial loss. But you can also claim compensation for loss of chance. This is when a financial professional is in breach of their duty of care and causes you to miss the chance to make gains or avoid losses. No matter the situation, you can depend on our skills and expertise as specialist financial negligence solicitors." Well it got even better. Got a call from them an hour after I posted this, wanted to explain why they rejected my enquiry, after first saying regarding my medical negligence, hmmm. Aparently their solicitors are not experienced in this field. But their website claims a different story. Unbelievable!

Very Satisfied. Had my claim logged and been settle very quickly. I found Laurence Wright my case worker been learned. I will highly recommend them. Not sure about other who had bad experience with them however mine was a great experience

Been Let Down is finally the only place that hasnt! From first contact with Ying from the team, the process has been extremely smooth and simplified. Everything has been explained at each step, leaving complete peace of mind for myself knowing I can trust the team with my case. A medical negligence situation is hard enough and stressful enough to deal with and having these guys look after the legal side has been such a weight off my back. Definitely got my recommendation
