Neil Kelly - absolutely disgraceful. If you actually want any form of communication and honesty from a conveyancing solicitor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He refused multiple times to respond to a chain of solicitors, went AWOL at critical moments and compulsively lied, allowing massive delays to my house sale due to his incompetency. I wouldn't waste my time with this firm, he's a partner as well - unbelievable! Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service received. Lacked any interest in my case and passed between four people at each visit, clearly not getting fully acquainted with my case. On my court date I was told it would be a female barrister who I had previously seen, this was not the case, I was given a Mr Cockrell instead. All I can say about him is he was useless, he bored the magistrates with utter drivel, he had very little knowledge of my case and after I was found guilty he told the magistrate I would pay 90 a month for court fees, I was horrified as I could not have afforded this. I had to quickly negotiate with the magistrates to 20 a month. All together a very unpleasant experience. I can in no way recommend msb. Totally unacceptable.

What a joke susie packer tricked me To to chambers So the social worker Amanda baker to walk off with my children they dont fight for whats right they help the local authority I would not recommend these solicitors if anyone is going through care proceedings they lose children purposely they are professional losers if you dont want to lose your children these solicitors are not the ones Do Not GO WITH MSB

Would give lower if I could. Forgot many documents at each hearing. Representative at hearing was wound up and wasn't very professional. Would avoid at all costs.
