Almost 1 year from date of application I've had no response from them and no acknowledgement of receipt. They state average processing time is 10 days which is absurd! Despite several emails, letters and phone calls they are not responding. In my experience and even considering extenuating circumstances with the pandamic, North West Regional Court are professionally incompetent and causing unnecessary stress and harm.

Absolutely atrocious service, don't waste your money! 10 months and no progress whatsoever. Inept is an understatement. Luckily for me I'm not stressed about the divorce (been separated for 12 yrs, so its a formality), but I can only imagine how upsetting this could be for someone who is already going through a tough time of it.

The service provided is terrible and dysfunctional. Its poor services has been consistent since the start of the online system. Many reviews and bad experiences can be found on the web. They charge in the region of 550 to lodge a divorce and provide a service that is substandard. It takes many weeks for them to look at applications and then reply. This happens at every stage of the divorce and a 3/4 month process is dragged for up to 1 year+ for straight forward cases. You complain and nothing is done and the standard reply is that we are overwhelmed by work. How can such a service be allowed to continue ?. It is causing anxiety and affecting the mental health of people already in the process of making an emotional stressful decision.
