        Very slow - need to send dozens of emails over months to get a response. Even an acknowledgement of receiving an email would be worthwhile. People shouldn't have to wait months for responses to emails.

        The issue is response to emails. You don't get any answers to emails that you have sent a dozen times unless you call them up. It shouldn't take four months for Joseph to respond
