        Nadia was excellent she made it all very easy for me as I'm not very good with techology, she was very polite and patient as she guided me through the process and I felt comfortable to ask and answer questions to her. Thank you so much Nadia.

        I was not sure what to expect but I was kept updated and informed every step of the way. My emails where acknowledged promptly,if I needed to call I was called back on the same day. They helped and supported me to win my case against my housing association for the disrepair work that I had been trying for many years to be completed correctly. Would recommend and would use again (but hopefully now that won't be necessary). Thank you to Marika & Beth for your time, but most of all thank you for listening.

        These solicitors have had my case 5 years and still not resolved my case has been past from one solicitor to another they informed me after another 7 months of waiting that I was sent an email yesterday to not even my email account that was updated 7 months ago even gave them naccount details again still haven't received email poor quality service
