        Please be very cautious, they operate unethical practice. They use what I would deem illegal methods for debt recovery

        This firm acted on behalf of the sellers in our house purchase. The sale was complex but the length of time it took to purchase the property far exceeded what it should have. Jerry Bown consistently had to be chased by our solicitors the estate agents and the sellers themselves. He was rude and obnoxious to all parties, even his own clients. He is the typical example of a solicitor who may well have a wealth of knowledge but believes everyone else is below him and not worth his time. We nearly walked away from the property twice as a result of his poor communication - and had to eventually write to the sellers and meet them personally to work together to push through the sale. If you want your house selling, avoid Jerry Bown, he'll have your buyers walking out the door.
