Creases Wet & Dry Cleaning Service

Went here after reading reviews whilst waiting for my 9kg washing machine to be repaired. When I queried what the pricing was on a phone call I was told it was determined by weight,so I took my clothes along to be washed. I took the equivalent of 2 loads max of dark washing and requested they were washed on a 30 degree temp with a really good spin. As some of the items require air drying I wanted them to be as dry as possible before I collected them, I was also drying them myself at home. The clothes were weighed and given and extortionate price tag of 24 to be washed ONLY and using their products as I had forgotten my own. I left them to be washed and collected as i did not have time to go elsewhere. I also had to go back home to get my debit card to withdraw cash as they do not take card payments. Such an inconvenience as I do not live local, and could have also been mentioned on the call prior to me going. I collected my clothes and brought them home in 2 not very strong bags, one ripped from the car to the front door. I took my clothes from the bags and couldn't believe how wet they still were. I was not impressed as I could have handwashed them and saved money. The two main reasons for taking them in the first place due to my machine breaking and being told they would get a good spin. The clothes didn't smell of anything at all no fresh just washed smell, infact they were just extremely wet. The only reason I could tell they had actually been washed is because the mud on my hiking clothes had gone. I gave this 2 stars purely based on the lady who was there when I collected my items (different to drop off), very friendly and helpful. Overall, not impressed. Musty smell on entering the shop, overpriced for the service I recieved, was not given what was assured to me after asking several times. Would not use again and most definitely would not recommend.

Just had a long coat and my jacket cleaned and creases have done an amazing job on them. I'd left them far too long to be cleaned, They now look brand new thank you

Unfortunately used here 3 times now because its right by my house, 1st time it was ok but 2nd time in June my suit came back missing a pocket handkerchief missing which matches the suit lining and then when I took the same suit in this week the price had changed and gone up by 25% and when I brought up the handkerchief I got a very un heartfelt sorry and not even an offer of a discount which frankly you lose something i would have expected to get the next clean for free not 25% more. extremely disappointing. I guess I will have to go further away next time.
